Henglong Dang is a system-minded leader of human-centered, socially-responsible innovation, specializing in translating complex socio-technical systems into prototypes, policies, and programs that scale measurable societal impact. As the Director of Organizational Strategy at DFDraw Lab, a multinational design and strategy studio, Dang leads organizational planning, structural reforms, and the implementation of long-range initiatives to ensure that the Lab’s execution frameworks are meticulously aligned with its mission to blend creativity and function into innovative experiences. As a researcher and member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Dang operates at the intersection of AI ethics, model alignment, and Human-Computer Interaction. His academic contributions have been recognized by the 27th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2025), where he published research on a human-centered study on Financial Technology titled Revolutionizing Household Finance: A User-Centered Platform for Holistic Financial Management.
